Got charged 12.95 for no reason from VCN*OKDEPTOFHEALTH
So this is whole out scam that they are getting away with this is Outrageous for no reason.Should they be able to scam people like this it makes no sense i wouldn't

Just seen a .15 charge pending on my NEW CARD from Samsung USA 650-93425824 NJUS because I previously had to cancel my last card for a suspicious charge pending. How is this keep happening?
I found a $14.95 charge on my paypal account after purchasing several fire blankets on line. I contacted the company and was told I had signed up for an membership with them. I assured them I wanted no membership and they said they would cancel it. I also cancelled further paypal payments to them. We'll see what happens.
